Ok i have something good i think.
After going to osteopathy treatment he told me he sits all day on a chair like in picture.
I tried it for week and loved it but couldnt say why.
It kind of make my back stronger and and my legs free.
I havent been at work last 2 weeks and didnt use it.
But Now when im sitting baxk on it if feel clearly whats happening. Its hard-very hard on the middle of my back but it make this point stronger.
No when im walking i feel much of my weight is kept by that point in middle of back and so my low back has less weight to cope with and so my legs feel happier looser.its feel good.

The most helpfull thing i found for less oain while sitting is thia simole rubber. Its get my musceles in butt be stiff while sitting and whole body feeling better.

I had a real issue problem because my sciatic nerve back harniated to my leg and cause me plantar facilities . And i couldnt walk because of it.
When i buy new shoes it didnt hurt but after two monthes its start again so i needed to buy new shoes almost every 6 monthes. I didnt know how to underatand whats happening and doctors didnt tell me any thing to understand the mechanism , the root so i just suffered silnly until i decide to grasp my self and start my own investigation at nights
